Sister by Rosamund Lupton - review There are a lot of unexpected things that happen closer to the end and throughout the entire book actually; I . Rosamund kneels in front of a reading desk, holding a skull with one hand. In the background lies the body of her dead husband. After the defeat of her people to the Lombards and the subsequent beheading of her father, Rosamund was taken for wife by Alboin, the king of the Lombards.

ROSAMUND LUPTON's new novel "Three Hours' is a Sunday Times best seller 'A brilliant literary thriller moving, masterly' Sunday Times Her debut novel 'Sister', was a BBC Radio 4 "Book at Bedtime", a Sunday Times and New York Times bestseller, winner of the Strand Magazine critics award and the Richard and Judy Bookclub Readers' Choice Award. The book was published in multiple languages including English, consists of pages and is available in Hardcover format. The main characters of this fantasy, young adult story are Ignifex, Shade/5.

Rosamund Lupton, author of (Sister, ), begins the book with thick black smoke billowing from, the British private school, Sidley House, where Grace’s son, Adam, attends. While most of the students are outside for “sports day,” Grace realizes that she does not see her daughter, Jenny, who is the student assistant in the nurse’s. Rosamund Hodge is a pretty good story teller, her worlds are interesting, dark, and stimulating, but her characters all seem a bit too similar, whether in thought, deed, or dialogue. The worst part of her stories is the constant reminders she gives her readers of what is at stake, what the heroine is fighting for, what she must do, why she must.
